Mayor and two City Councilors are sworn into office in Credit River

Tuesday evening January 3rd, Credit River Mayor Chris Kostik, City Council member Abe Zanto and City Council member Jay Saterbak were officially sworn into office by Credit River City Clerk Karen Donovan.

Chris Kostik is beginning his second term as Mayor, being elected the first Mayor of the City of Credit River in May of 2022. Prior to that, Kostik was first elected to the former Credit River Township Board of Supervisors in 2013, and appointed Township Board Chairman in 2015.

Abe Zanto begins his four-year term as a City Council member. Zanto has served on the Credit River Planning Commission since 2022.

Longtime Credit River resident Jay Saterbak begins his four-year term as a City Council member. Saterbak previously was a member of the Credit River Citizens Advisory Committee.
